Two ways to get bagels: pre-order or cater.
This week's drop.
Every week, the next batch goes live. Pick a pack (4, 6, or 12), mix and match your flavors, choose your pickup spot (Black Fox or Snowpack Taproom). Drops close around 1am the day before bake — once we're sold out, we're sold out.
- ✓Batches sell out — set an alert on Instagram

We're a small home bakery — for now.
Goyish Bagels operates under Colorado's Cottage Food Act out of a home kitchen in Evergreen. Production is capped by what one person can hand-roll, boil, and bake in a weekend. That means batches are limited, lead times for events matter, and we can't always say yes.
That changes in 2026 when the Coniferbrick-and-mortar opens. Same method, more capacity — and you'll be able to walk in.
